Parkway Drive unveil rescheduled 2021 tour with Hatebreed and more
Earlier this year, Parkway Drive announced their largest North American tour ever. The Viva The Underdogs tour was set to kick off on Aug. 21 in Sacramento. However, due to coronavirus, the band have been forced to postpone the tour.
Now, Parkway Drive have revealed that the Viva The Underdogs tour is now happening next year. On Tuesday, the band unveiled the rescheduled dates for the tour which kicks off on Sept. 9, 2021 in Columbus, Ohio. However, some of the tour dates have been canceled completely and are no longer happening in 2021.
"To all our North American fans," the band's statement says. "We were supposed to start our Viva The Underdogs North American revolution tour in just three days, but as Winston stated earlier, we are rescheduling to 2021. Our team has worked extremely hard to get the new shows on the calendar and we are very grateful and pleased that we will be coming back in September 2021!"
Due to scheduling conflicts, some of the original Viva The Underdogs dates have not been rescheduled in 2021. However, Parkway Drive say that more dates for the rescheduled tour will be announced "in the near future."
Hatebreed, Knocked Loose and Fit For A King are still on the bill for the rescheduled 2021 tour. Tickets for the new Viva The Underdogs tour are available to purchase here.
