How to warm up like a pro with Periphery guitarist Mark Holcomb

In this video, presented by PRS Guitars, Mark Holcomb from the metal band Periphery shares his pre-show guitar warmup methods.

“If a chord is giving me trouble, I'll have that chord picked out in my mind and I'll sit there and sort of mime it,” says Holcomb.

He also mentioned what he calls his “gangly” fingers, which make him have to warm up a little differently than other musicians.
