Pixies kick off new year with surprise new EP, 'EP-2,' new music video
Pixies have released their second surprise EP in under six months, EP-2, along with a music video for brand new track “Blue Eyed Hexe.”
EP-2 follows September's EP-1, which was the group's first proper multi-track release since 1991. EP-2 is available for purchase in a variety of formats, including a limited 10-inch vinyl and as a lossless digital download, directly from the band's site.

“Blue Eyed Hexe” marks Pixies' seventh music video in seven months, a period which has also included the departure of original bassist Kim Deal, the hiring and firing of her replacement, Kim Shattuck, and the recent announcement of a third bassist, Paz Lenchantin.
The group will embark on a lengthy North American tour later this month. Here's a full list of dates:
