Princess Nokia debuts quirky new radio show

New York rapper and incredible performance artist Princess Nokia, also known as Destiny Frasqueri, has debuted a quirky new radio show on Apple's Beats 1 Radio—and we are LIVING for it!

Nokia took to Instagram to discuss the format for her new show titled 'Voices in My Head' and to share with fans her excitement over her latest endeavor.
“I am so excited to share this amazing new 6 episode season with you” Nokia writes on Instagram. “In my new show i discuss all my different favorite music through a comedic and nostalgic narrative Lens in radio format.. it’s very funny.. and very awesome. Tune in to hear me talk about losing my virginity to System of a Down why don’t you?”
The first episode, which aired this past Sunday, will revive your inner emo and pop-punk feels as the rapper dives into how these genres helped to shape her into the artist and woman she is today, all while including music from Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance, Blink-182 and more.
Episodes will air every other Sunday and allow listeners to get acquainted with the inner workings of Nokia's mind. Plus, the first episode is absolutely hilarious, so why wouldn't you want to check it out?
