Years Spent Cold

Moving Heaven To Hell

[1.5/5]

If you really just can’t get enough of Slayer riffs over “hawd-koah” breakdowns topped with boneheaded bellowing from a dude who sounds like he’s got full-length mirrors on every wall of a room dedicated solely to nude weight-lifting, well, this is the album for you. Twelve songs and an intro are delivered in just under 32 minutes, with titles like “Break All Ties,” “No One Misses You” and the back-to-back majesty of “End Your Life” and “Abandon All Hope.” Of course if you’ve made it all the way to the latter track (it’s number nine), you’ve probably already taken that bit of advice. There is absolutely nothing special or interesting about this album, unless the grammatical and punctuation errors in the CD booklet count. But if you’re desperate for something to listen to between now and whenever the next Hatebreed or Full Blown Chaos album comes out, here it is. (EULOGY) Plato Shrimp
