Watch Silverstein and Princess Nokia's trippy color-filled "Madness" video

Silverstein dropped their phenomenal tenth studio album A Beautiful Place To Drown recently and the band are still offering new content from it with their latest music video for their Princess Nokia featuring track “Madness.”

The band are revealing the new clip today which features some aggressively colored aesthetics to match the song’s pop-leaning sensibilities.

When the band ended up dropping “Madness” prior to the album’s release in early March, they shared details about how the collaboration with the New York rapper came together.

“We’d seen Princess Nokia mention that she was a fan of ours and we had to chance to hang out last time we were in NYC and just hit it off. ‘Madness’ was one of the early songs we had musically and it kept evolving until we knew it needed a strong female voice on it to put it over the top. The first person we thought of was Princess Nokia. She had an amazing take on the vibe and meaning of the song and absolutely killed the verse. She’s such a talented and kind person, it was amazing to collaborate with her,” says vocalist Shane Told.

Now, we’re getting a full music video for the track and it’s truly spectacular to look at.

The visuals capture some trippy colorful shots of Silverstein as well as a glitchy looking snippet of Princess Nokia offering up her vocal spot.

On top of the “Madness” video, the band have dropped plenty of other clips for songs on the album.

They offered up a video for their song featuring Aaron Gillespie“Infinite” back in January. Going back to last June, they also gave visuals for their song with Caleb Shomo, “Burn It Down.” Following “Infinite,” they came back with “Bad Habits,” which features Aaron Marshall from Intervals.

Silverstein intended to tour in support of the new album but unfortunately had to reschedule over the coronavirus pandemic.

Their 20th-anniversary tour with Four Year Strong and I The Mighty will now be kicking off in the summer starting July 24 in Toronto. The tour is wrapping up August 28 in St. Petersburg, Florida.

“To our loyal fans of 20 years: thank you for all of your support. We appreciate your patience regarding the postponed dates and are pleased to announce that everything has been rescheduled for July and August. We look forward to continuing the 20th anniversary celebration and performing the three sets that we’ve put together for you. Four Year Strong and I The Mighty will rejoin us for these shows and we are so glad they could make themselves available. See you very soon, and until then, stay safe!”
