This Starbucks fall hotline is a Pumpkin Spice Latte lover’s dream
Starbucks has found a new way to help customers pass the time while they wait for the arrival of the beloved Pumpkin Spice Latte.
The coffee giant has launched a new hotline in the U.S. and Canada that is helping everyone getting ready for the fall season.

On Monday, Starbucks launched its new fall hotline.
Fall is so close you can hear it.

The 1-833-GET-FALL hotline has eight options in total that feature various seasonal scenes, sounds and activities. For example, if you hit the number 6 on your phone, you’ll be directed to “Endless PSL Perfection,” which is where you’ll hear someone ordering a Pumpkin Spice Latte. You’ll also hear a barista creating the sweet seasonal beverage.
Each number gives you a clip of a classic fall activity such as a nature hike or enjoying a PSL by the fire. The full list of options on Starbucks’ hotline is below.

- “Practice your pumpkin mantras”
- “Cozy up with your cup”
- “Hear flannel on repeat”
- “Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Falls”
- “Endless PSL Perfection”
- “Lovely leaf-crunching stroll”
- “Knit sweaters with grandpa”
Only those living in the United States and Canada can access the hotline. Starbucks’ fall hotline was first shared in a private Facebook group for autumn lovers called Leaf Rakers Society. It then became arrival to the public on Aug. 24.

Despite the launch of the hotline, Starbucks has not revealed when the highly-anticipated Pumpkin Spice Latte will arrive. Last year, the PSL arrived on Aug. 27, its earliest launch date yet. In 2018, it was back on the coffee chain’s menus on Aug. 28.
Prior to 2018, however, the seasonal beverage never arrived before Labor Day. So, fans can expect that the beloved drink will be back at Starbucks sometime soon.
For those that don’t want to wait to have your first Pumpkin Spice Latte of 2020, Dunkin’ has you covered. Earlier this month, the chain announced its launching its own PSL this year. Along with other new seasonal treats and tasty favorites, Dunkin’s PSL arrived on Aug. 19.
Although Starbucks still remains one of the most popular coffee chains, it has been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. Back in June, the company revealed its plans to close up to 400 locations. This is in efforts to focus more on drive-thru and pick up services.
