Everyone’s favorite chief-of-police Jim Hopper—or, rather, David Harbour—has saved the internet in many, many ways. He's agreed to officiate a wedding, and he even took some epic senior photos with a fan.
And now, after some fan support, Harbour was finally able to dance with some penguins.

He needed 200k retweets to go dance with penguins, and the internet world was able to help make it happen.
