
Supernatural’ to end after 15 seasons, the internet is in mourning
The end of an era — Supernatural has revealed that its 15th season of the show will be its final.
Jensen Ackles, who plays Dean in the show, posted a video on Instagram making the announcement alongside co-stars Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Misha Collins (Castiel).

“Though we’re very very excited about moving into our 15th season, it will be our last,” Ackles said. “Fifteen years of a show that changed my life. I know it changed these two guys’ (lives).”
Ackles added that he wanted fans to hear it from the stars themselves.
“We love you guys and this family is not going anywhere,” Collins said.

The season will contain 20 episodes and currently there is no premiere date. The show’s 14th season is airing now on The CW.
