28 wounded in Arkansas nightclub shooting
12:45 p.m. EST: According to officers with the Little Rock Police Department, a shooting at a nightclub in Little Rock, Arkansas has left 28 wounded: 25 from gunshot wounds and three from unrelated injuries — some from clubgoers attempting to escape by jumping out the window. No deaths have been reported at this time.
At 2:30 a.m. on July 1, a shooting broke out at Power Ultra Lounge during a Finese2Tymes concert. Reports from KHTV say that the shooting followed a dispute during the show. Police are not linking the attack to an act of terror.
Little Rock Chief of Police Kenton Buckner told NBC News that many of the clubgoers were under 18, and the youngest victim was 16 years old.
At this time, all are expected to survive, according to Little Rock Police Force's official Twitter.
