blink-182 tease fans with possible behind-the-scenes music video shots

Fans have been going wild over blink-182 teasers lately, with the band still tightly withholding the release date for their followup to 2016’s California.

Hopefully, listeners won’t have to wait much longer for an update from the trio, with the band showing off something on social media today.

The band shared a few choice snapshots on their Instagram story today, showing a punk-rock inspired collage.

Matt Skiba showed a sneak peek of his own, standing in front of the same collage with guitar in hand. He also may have given away the cause of the snapshots in his caption.

“@blink182 video shoot in a punk closet. #gtbmx ? #haro,” the caption reads.

Bassist Mark Hoppus got into the action as well, showing a more complete view of the “punk closet.”

The most interesting teaser, though, was the shot of Mark’s post on the band’s story. In white lettering laid over the background is the word “Friday.”

To wrap it all up, the band posted a shot of Skiba and Hoppus cheesing for the camera.
