Lucky abandoned tunnel has Foo Fighters play a show in it

Thursday night, Foo Fighters performed another secret show under a different name, “the Holy Shits.” The show was performed in an abandoned tunnel underneath London’s Waterloo Station (which has been converted into a House Of Vans venue). According to Rolling Stone, the band ripped through a career-spanning 21-song set list.

“Usually at shows like this, we like to take advantage of our hot, sweaty audience and play shit that people don't like,” frontman Dave Grohl told the audience. “But tonight, we're going to take a little more air, play a couple more songs and do as much as we can before we get kicked out.”

You can check out the video of the performance and the band’s full set list below. Let us know your thoughts.

Foo Fighters will release their eighth studio album, Sonic Highways, on November 10 via Roswell Records (Dave Grohl’s RCA imprint label). Grohl commented on the record, saying, “This album is instantly recognizable as a Foo Fighters record, but there's something deeper and more musical to it.” He continued, “I think that these cities and these people influenced us to stretch out and explore new territory, without losing our 'sound.'” You can hear a small clip of new music from the album.
