Single Mothers premiere new song “Switch Off”


Canadian punk band Single Mothers have been working since 2008 and premiered their brand-new song “Switch Off” today. The band experimented with a sound more deeply rooted in hardcore on the new track.

Annihilation 2018 reveals new artists


The Annihilation music festival announced Tuesday evening that artists White Chapel,
Chelsea Grin, Oceano, Slaughter To Prevail, Settle The Sky, the Black Dahlia Murder, Negative Approach and Battlecross are slated to perform Nov. 16 and 17 at the Civic Music Hall in Toledo, Ohio.

More artists will be announced soon. Tickets range from $30-$49.99.

Indiana metal band BRUISE are set to release their new record
Grief Ritual this Friday Aug. 31, but they began streaming it early. Fans can also rage with the band on their U.S. tour starting Sept. 14 and ending Sept. 28. The Boundaries and Sledge will be their support.

Australian rockers Dear Seattle debuted their single “Maybe,” which is now available on all streaming services. The band hope to release their full-length album in early 2019.

Hailing from Australia, After Touch push hardcore to a new level, especially in their new single “Six Feet Closer” from their upcoming EP
You Wish This Was About You, out Sept. 7.

The Wombats debut single “Bee-Sting”


Alternative favorites the Wombats debuted a brand-new song called “Bee-Sting” earlier today. The group also announced they will release an extended version of their chart-ranking album
Beautiful People Will Ruin Your Life. It will feature three new tracks and will be released Nov. 9.

You can also catch the Wombats out on tour this fall in major U.S. cities starting Sept. 27.

Pig Destroyer release new music video

 

Grindcore band Pig Destroyer released a new music video for their song “Mt. Skull”. The song will appear on their upcoming album Head Cage, which will be released Sept. 7.
