Pixar confirms fan theory that all movies are connected

There have been some crazy fan theories surrounding Pixar movies. The suspicion that Andy's mom was the teen that discarded Jesse in the Toy Story 2 flashback and the theory that Toy Story 3  is actually about the Holocaust are just two of many theories fans have come up with over the years.

Pixar decided to put one long-time theory to rest, confirming what we've thought to be true for years. All of Pixar's movies are connected and exist within the same universe.

See how they did it below!

In a video Pixar posted to Facebook, the studio showcases how each movie is connected to the others. Some of them are obvious, like the Pizza Planet van in A Bug's Life while other's are much more subtle. Watch the video below to see Pixar's hidden Easter eggs.

This isn't the only time Pixar has hidden things right under our noses. If you look closely, each film (with the exception of Monsters, Inc.) will contain a reference to “A113,” the classroom number that founders Brad Bird and John Lasseter studied in together at the California Institude of the Arts.

Sneaky Pixar, real sneaky.
