R.E.M. release 1989 live footage from upcoming DVD, discuss possibility of reunion

Earlier this week in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Mike Mills of legendary alternative rock band R.E.M. discusses the band's new MTV documentary, R.E.M. by MTV, the status of the band's personal relationships, and the possibility of reuniting in the future.

“[A reunion] is off the table, but no one can predict the future. There could be a meteor with your name on it right now,” says Mills. “But I would say no. We like the fact that we are so far the one band that doesn’t get back together—but you never know.” Read the full interview.
