At the Killers’ show at Swansea’s Liberty Stadium in the U.K. on Saturday, fans with standing tickets were forced to use toilets outside of the venue that had huge lines for both using the bathroom and re-entering the stadium.
People who purchased seated tickets at the venue were able to use toilets inside of the concourse, according to WalesOnline.
Concert attendees were not happy on Twitter, but do not blame the Killers for the situation, rather the venue itself.
The Killers delivered, they always do. Who decided to get porter cabins as toilets for 20,000 people? 30-45 mins to get out, queue and get back in. Absolute shambles organisation @LibertyStadium .. @thekillers come to the proper part of Wales next time ❤

@LibertyStadium Brilliant concert yesterday for the killers but what an absolute terrible set up. Standing spectators were not allowed to use the stadium toilets. Had to go outside one end of the stadium then walk all the way around to get back in and no organisation at all!!!

Some people on Twitter are also claiming they had to relieve themselves outside in bushes in order to be able to get back in time to see the show.
Like ross & many others complaining about the toilet situation Saturday in the concert & they are right it was an absolute disgrace it’s easy for a man to piss up against a Bush but to see women having to embarrass themselves it’s ridiculous 12 people in our party not happy

Unbelievable night at Swansea for the killers, spoiled only by having to pee in a bush due to the shocking toilet situation @thekillers @LibertyStadium pic.twitter.com/X4p7zFFAh2

Some concertgoers are demanding refunds due to their horrible experience and call for better planning on the event organizer’s end.
@LibertyStadium where can I get a refund for missing the Killers because of your terrible toilet system?

@LibertyStadium Totally unacceptable toilet situation at the stadium last night. Mile long queues for a portaloo?? People treated and acting like animals. Completely ruined the concert for our group. Will never go to a gig there again. #killers

Music lovers who plan on seeing upcoming shows at the venue are now worried a situation such as this will happen to them.
