To promote their newest release, Get Your Heart On!, Simple Plan will guest on Fuse TV's “Hoppus On Music.”  The show airs this Friday, June 24, at 11 p.m. EST and will also feature performances by AWOLNATION.  Check out AP's stream of the song “Freaking Me Out,” which features Alex Gaskarth, here!
