The 25th Hour

There’s probably no band more committed to the if-it-ain’t-broke-don’t-fix-it ethos than Terror. While this has led to at least a couple of run of the mill tracks on most of their releases, The 25th Hour is a decent slab of no-frills shouty hardcore, and a fine accompaniment to wrenching your (or someone else’s) neck. With the longest track clocking in at 2:28 and nine not even hitting the two-minute mark, The 25th Hour is certainly fat-free stuff, and the chunky production ensures the whole thing stays in your face. Best here are the surly swagger of “Life Goes On”, the d-beat charge of “The Solution” and “Feed The Rats,” a track designed to start riots. Sure, it’s unlikely to change anyone’s world, but will certainly liven up many.
