The Devil Wears Prada sign to new label, add tour dates
Midwestern metalcore champs the Devil Wears Prada have announced a new label home and added a whole slew of shows to their With Roots Above And Branches Below anniversary tour that kicks off later this month.
Revealing their signing with Solid State Records in a video with Revolver, the band discuss the impending tour that will see them perform their 2009 album in full. The lengthy North American run features support from Fit For A King and ’68.
By joining the ranks at Solid State, the Devil Wears Prada can now call Norma Jean, Silent Planet and Wolves At The Gate label mates. TDWP previously released two LPs with Ferret Music, through which Roots Above was issued, and three by Rise, on which the band’s latest, Transit Blues, appeared. 2013’s 8:18 was released by Roadrunner Records.
