The Promise Ring, OFF!, Gameface, August Burns Red announced for Riot Fest East

The first round of bands have been announced for this year's Riot Fest East, slated for Jul. 19-21 at Festival Pier and Theatre Of Living Arts in Philadelphia. Joining Refused will be the Promise Ring, OFF!, Gameface, Boy Sets Fire, August Burns Red and Hirs.
