This magical eyeshadow palette is a wizarding dream come true

If you spend equal amounts of time gushing over shadow palettes and checking the mail for your Hogwarts acceptance letter, then we can only relate to the excitement you're probably feeling about Storybook Cosmetics' wizarding-inspired eyeeshadow palette. The brand has been teasing the palette for awhile, and now it’s finally here.

To the excitement of all you beauty gurus out there, the palette will be available for presale starting today, Feb. 24, at 11 a.m. CST here. (We'll be as ready to jump on this presale as we are to nab tickets for our favorite band!) The brand clarified in their Instagram post that although it is on a preorder, limited-basis at the moment, their goal is to eventually have products and launches at regular intervals without the long wait.

And though the palettes will not ship until May, it seems as though it'll be well worth the wait to get our hands on a product as awesome as this one. Plus, we’re also anxiously awaiting the announcement of the release of their Quill and Ink eyeliner duo, which they’re also hoping to release at some point this spring.

 

We didn't forget about our Quill and Ink eyeliner duo. We were just busy creating a stand! (It's hollow and the brush tip does not touch the sides or the bottom.) Up next, a tin box to store the set, and finalizing our formula! On track for a spring release! #storybookcosmetics

Oh, and it's not limited to the rad shadow palette and Quill and Ink liner. They also have their own set of Storybook Wizard “Wands”—aka their uniquely designed magic wand brushes. While they're currently sold out, we can only hope that they restock because not only are they wizard-level cool—but they seem to hold up in the beauty realm, too.

While we may not have a Hogwarts acceptance letter, this is clearly the next best thing. And while we wait for our palette to arrive in the mail, we may just have to take a trip to the magical Harry Potter-inspired bed-and-breakfast to get our fair share of wizardry.
