Thursday to go on indefinite hiatus after North American, Australian tours

Thursday has announced plans to go on indefinite hiatus following their upcoming tours of North America and Australia. Read a statement from frontman Geoff Rickly:

“Thursday will be playing our final shows, starting tomorrow night and ending with our tour in Australia. We would love to see you all one more time.  So please, if we're near your city, come out and have fun with us. It has been our pleasure and honor to make music for such wonderful people over the last thirteen years.”

The band's upcoming North American dates can be seen below; they'll be followed by performances at Australia's Soundwave Festival. Thursday, together since 1997, issued their sixth studio album No Devolución earlier this year via Epitaph.
