Trapt try to take on Danny Diablo after he sides with Ice-T in Twitter beef

After taking shots at Sumerian Records and Ice-T this week, the Trapt saga is still continuing to take over Twitter. Today, Trapt’s official Twitter account has now fired shots at hardcore punk and hip hop artist Danny Diablo (a.k.a Lord Ezec).

Over the past few weeks, Trapt’s social media account has been going on rants against seemingly every metalcore band in existence along with actors and others. Danny Diablo is now the latest person to get involved on Twitter.

After Born Of Osiris made a joke about a cover of their song “Headstrong,” Trapt’s Chris Taylor Brown began making threats against Sumerian Records’ entire roster. In a series of now-deleted tweets, the Trapt vocalist told the label to “get your best bands and arm them” because “blood will be spilled.”

The insults against the label and eventually Ice-T is what ultimately led to Diablo getting involved as he came to Ice-T’s defense. It all started when Diabo tweeted the following,

“WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU SAY SOME STUPID SHIT LIKE THAT TO@FINALLEVEL TRAPT IS A FUCKING JOKE. ICE IS A PIONEER & INNOVATOR. YOU ARE A NOBODY SINGING FOR A WACK BAND. LEARN SOME RESPECT.”

Diablo’s response obviously sparked something in Brown who, rather than letting it all go, decided to add more fuel to the fire by saying the following,

“Well you are a massive loser who contributes nothing to this country! Get the fuck out… you damn freeloading POS,” he tweets.

From there, the back and forth between Brown and Diablo continued for a series of tweets. Diablo, who seems to have seen Brown’s prior tweets to other artists, decided to weigh in on the matter.

“HEY THAT IS MAD CUTE,” Diablo tweets. “I SEE HOW YOU TALK MAD SHIT TO OTHER MUSICIANS ON HERE. ASK ANYONE WHO THE FUCK I AM & WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT. YOU’RE A STRAIGHT BITCH. SEE YA SOON.”

Brown was quick to respond to Diablo by saying, “One look at you and I can see how massively insecure you are and how much you hate yourself…. You are not bigger than me bitch… bring it!”

Diabo then replied to Brown by pointing out that Trapt’s music is a “joke” by saying, “HA. YOU ARE A NOBODY. NO ONE RESPECTS YOU. YOU ARE A JOKE. SO IS YOUR MUSIC.”

Brown took Diablo’s comment and quickly twisted it by tweeting, “I don’t give a fuck who respects me!! You tried to be so “different” that you ended up the same as all the rest of the tattooed gauge queens out there! You are desperate to “fit in.” No originality in you”

Diablo, like many, lost track of the point Brown was trying to make with his series of tweets, writing, “WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT. ASK AROUND WHO I AM THEN YOU WILL BE SILENCED. HAVE A GOOD DAY.”

Among the slew of insults between the two, the conversation quickly shifted away from music altogether when Diablo brought up Brown’s mother.

The attempted insult seemingly didn’t have the impact on Brown Diablo was hoping for as he responded with, “That has to be lamest attempt at an insult I’ve heard all day”

Nonetheless, Diabo continued on with the mom joke by saying, “NAH. YOUR MOM WAS ACTUALLY ALRIGHT. I WOULD NEVER INSULT HER.”

Straying away from the topic of his mother, Brown turned to Diablo’s relationship status to make an insult. “You are a child…. I bet you’re single,” he tweets.

Diablo then returned to talking about Brown’s mother by saying, “SINGLE??? YOUR MOTHER IS GONNA GET MAD CAUSE SHE IS MY GIRL NOW!!!”

Diablo used his last direct reply to the thread to compare Trapt to Alien Ant Farm.
