twenty one pilots introduce “The Quiet Game” to ‘Bandito’ tour

While you may think concerts are meant to be loud at every corner, twenty one pilots are changing things up a bit. The duo have recently introduced “The Quiet Game” into their live shows.

Instead of seeing which venue can muster up the loudest screams, twenty one pilots are timing fans for how long they can last being completely, dead silent.

“We’re gonna do something new called the Quiet Game,” Tyler Joseph says to the crowd. “Here’s the catch though: We’re gonna put a timer here on the screen, I’m gonna say ‘Ready, set, go’ and when I say ‘go,’ you guys need to be as quiet as you can. The moment I hear anything, the timer stops and that is your score.”

Of course, at sold-out twenty one pilots shows, staying quiet is no easy feat. That said, Poland only made it about four seconds before someone broke the silence.

According to the band’s tweet, twenty one pilots intend to play the game throughout the rest of their Bandito tour.

You can watch Poland’s attempt at the game below.

After posting the video of the game, many fans are setting the bar pretty low for themselves. Additionally, some fans have responded to the band with smart quips regarding their own hiatus.

This isn’t the first time twenty one pilots have proven to be competitive during their live shows. In the past, the band have played Mario Kart onstage and even made a special handshake.
