‘Twilight’ actor Gregory Tyree Boyce dies at the age of 30
The actor was best known for his role as Tyler Crowley in the Twilight films and was in the process of starting a restaurant according to a social media post from his mother.
The cause of death for both individuals has not yet been revealed. They reportedly died on May 13.
The story was first reported by E! who confirmed the new with the Las Vegas Medical Examiners office.
According to their report, an anonymous source says they were found after Boyce's car was seen at their home when he was supposed to be in Los Angeles.
"Greg's cousin woke up and noticed that Greg's car was still at the house. He was worried because Greg was to be in LA. His cousin went to check on him and found them," the source reveals.
Further, they say he was "really focused and handling a lot of business." While he had moved to Vegas to help his mother, he "would commute to LA for acting jobs and to see his daughter."
Boyce's role in Twilight saw him playing Crowley, a high school student who nearly hits Bella (Kristen Stewart) with his car. Edward (Robert Pattinson) is able to stop it with his hand sparking suspicions he is a vampire.
He also had a role in a 2018 short movie called Apocalypse.
According to his mother Lisa Wayne, Boyce was working on starting a chicken wing restaurant.
