Underoath sell out surprise show via word-of-mouth, upgrade venue
Underoath’s momentous return continues as they sold out a March 27 show in Los Angeles before it was formally announced. A press release describes the cause as “word-of-mouth.”
In response, the band have moved the gig to the Novo by Microsoft, which was formally known as Club Nokia. Fans can purchase additional tickets now.

“Self-Help [Fest] was so amazing,” says singer Spencer Chamberlain. “We were completely blown away by the turn out and reaction that we decided to add a LA show so we could play both They’re Only Chasing Safety and Define The Great Line for all of you in the LA area as well. The show sold out so fast we are moving it to the Nokia.”
On March 13, Underoath performed their first show in nearly three years. For original drummer Aaron Gillespie, it was his first time on stage with the band in seven years.
