How it feels to end a 16-year hiatus with Failure

APTV chatted with the Alt-Rock veterans of Failure at Aftershock in Sacramento, CA.

The interview opens with a discussion of their reuniting after a 16 year hiatus, and how the guys feel being back together with a new generation of fans.

“It’s all kind of surreal,” frontman Ken Andrews says. “When you’re growing up and decide you want to get into music, you sort of write your own story. And what seems to be happening is completely contradictory to the way you imagined the story being written.”

Bassist Greg Edwards adds that although they had not been active as a band, they are always musicians and continued doing music over the years.
