The Walking Dead: Our World will allow players to move their avatars in the real world to fight walkers, rescue survivors, complete missions, team up with players and more. The free-to-play mobile game will be available on iOS and Android July 12.

Players will be able to protect the real world from zombies in their neighborhoods, at their jobs or even from the comfort of their own beds.

AMC and Next Games, the developers of The Walking Dead: No Man’s Land, also developed the new mobile game.

Much like collecting Pokemon in “Pokemon Go,” players will be able to collect characters from The Walking Dead TV show, such as Michonne, Daryl Dixon and Rick Grimes.

The TV series wrapped up its eighth season in April, and the ninth season is set to premiere in October, reportedly without Andrew Lincoln as Grimes.

The game was announced last fall, but there was no official release date. The developers released a new trailer Tuesday to announce the release date, which you can watch below.

The Walking Dead isn’t the only franchise using an augmented-reality format. Jurassic World recently released its own augmented-reality mobile game. Also, a Harry Potter game is in the works to bring Hogwarts to life through a smartphone.

The Walking Dead: The Final Season video game for Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One is scheduled to be released in August as well.
