Attila called out by War From A Harlot's Mouth: "[They] blatantly ripped us off"

Earlier this afternoon via The PRP, German metalcore band War From A Harlots Mouth aired their grievances regarding a song featured on Attila’s new album, Chaos.

The song in question is titled “Obsession,” and features a machine gun-style rhythm during its intro. WFAHM claims that the part copies the pattern of the breakdown that can be heard on their own song “If You Want To Blame Us For Something Wrong, Please Abuse This Song,” which was released back in 2007.

In a Facebook post that you can read below, War From A Harlots Mouth called Attila “the undoubtedly most mentally challenged band on planet earth,” and went on to share their displeasure toward the Atlanta based group.

Below, you can listen to both of the songs and decide what you think for yourself. The main parts to focus on are the introduction of “Obsession,” and the breakdown (at 0:47) of the WFAHM song, “If You Want To Blame Us For Something Wrong, Please Abuse This Song.”

War From A Harlots Mouth are currently on an indefinite hiatus, and Attila just released their new album Chaos last month.
