Watch first trailer for next Star Wars movie

The first trailer for Disney's upcoming anthology film Rogue One: A Star Wars Story was released this morning. As an anthology piece, this film will divert from the plot of the primary Star Wars saga as a standalone story. Rogue One is set shortly before the timeline of Star Wars: Episode IV—A New Hope, and focuses on a group of rebel spies out to steal the Galactic Empire's plans for the Death Star. It has also been rumored that Darth Vader will make an appearance in this installation as well. The film is set for release in December 2016. You can view the new trailer below.
