President Obama made an appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night to “slow jam” the news with help from Fallon's house band, the Roots. The segement was recorded at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and appropriately, college tuition hikes were discussed (or “slow jammed,” we suppose).
