Hear Waterparks' emotional pop-rock single "BRAINWASHED"
Waterparks have dropped yet another single in anticipation of the release of their upcoming album INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (out April 14 on Fueled By Ramen).
Today, the alt trio, who recently appeared on the cover of our Spring 2023 issue, shared “BRAINWASHED,” following up singles like “SUPER REAL DARK,” “SELF-SABOTAGE,” FUCK ABOUT IT” (feat. blackbear), and “FUNERAL GREY.”

As the band is known for their genre-defying nature, the latest release continues to show their range, being a bit more stripped back from some of their other, harder singles. “BRAINWASHED” follows what sounds like a sweet, heartfelt melody, as vocalist Awsten Knight ruminates over how tumultuous it can be to be infatuated with somebody.
