We Are The In Crowd release new song, “Manners”
We Are The In Crowd are streaming “Manners,” the latest track to be released from the band’s forthcoming album, Weird Kids.
Taylor Jardine gave fans some background on it: “Manners” is a post-breakup song. However, we played mine and Jordan's vocal parts a bit differently than we usually do. The male vocal (Jordan) plays a strong supporting role with lines in the chorus “I earned my wings teaching guys like you to keep your mouth shut.” The bridge of the song is also one of my favorite parts—being able to leave a relationship in your past is always progress in moving forward but leaving it in a song feels so good.”
Weird Kids was recorded in Los Angeles and produced by John Feldman (the Used, Escape The Fate). The record will be released on February 18 via Hopeless Records. Pre-orders are available here.
