Weezer to reissue 'Pinkerton' on vinyl

Weezer have announced that they will be reissuing their 1996 hit album Pinkerton via the subscription service Vinyl Me, Please. This reissue will be available exclusively to all pre-existing and new Vinyl Me, Please subscribers registered before May 15. The record will be pressed on dark blue translucent vinyl with black marbling, and will come with pop-out artwork, a lyric sheet, a custom print by Japanese painter Fuco Ueda and a Sake cocktail recipe inspired by the album. The special edition Pinkerton package distributed by Vinyl Me, Please includes:

-The Pinkerton album pressed on dark blue translucent vinyl with black marbling

-Pinkerton’s original album artwork titled “”Kambara Yoru No Yuk” by Japanese ukiyo-e artist, Hiroshige
