Zeph to join Joel Madden on Ep. 7 of Artist Friendly
Artist Friendly is back for another episode this Wednesday. This week, after recent interviews with Eyedress, Josh Katz of Badflower, Awsten Knight of Waterparks, and others, host Joel Madden is joined by singer-songwriter/producer Zeph.
Born Zephani Jong, the 23-year-old rising talent who creates confessional, lo-fi DIY pop talks about her humble beginnings in Maryland before relocating to LA, her various artforms as an illustrator and recording artist, being upfront about anxiety, and more. The episode drops just before Zeph is set to release new music, with her single “like everyone else” arriving March 10. The new song marks her first release this year, following up a series of other singles and EPs, including last year’s crush (demos) and ache (demos).
