Victory Records sign Otep, announce tour details

Victory Records‘ latest signing of LA-based metal group Otep has already been keeping the band busy. Their next album Smash The Control Machine will hit stores on August 18 and the band will head out on the road with fellow Victory artists Destrophy and Chicago-based Seven Year Existence starting in August.
