APTV interview: 10 Years of We The Kings

APTV correspondent Nick Major caught up with We The Kings frontman Travis Clark—and his infant daughter, Kinsley—at the legendary Troubadour in Hollywood, Calif., where the band stopped for a show on their 10-year anniversary tour.

Ahead of their sold out Hollywood show, Clark reflected on the decade long support they’ve had, saying “I think the real reason we're able to be a band … is because of these fans that have come out.” The two also discussed how WTK's breakout song “Check Yes Juliet” almost didn't make it on the debut, self-titled album and the diversity within each of their releases.

“We've never put out the same record twice,” he shares. “It's almost as if we [are] striving for something different each time.”
