Song Premiere: Black Blinds, "Brittle Bones"

Black Blinds, the independent darkwave duo we featured in the AP&R section of AP 301, are set to release the follow-up to their 2013 self-titled album this year, and have given us the first listen to its debut single “Brittle Bones.” 

“The track is about Finding comfort in maintaining isolation and Choosing the life of glorified ephemeral encounters,” the duo told AP. “We spent a week locked in our home studio in Norfolk, VA listening to old John Carpenter movie scores and tracking new material. The band plans on shows in Brooklyn and other markets in April and, finding a label to call home in 2014.”
