In a photo from the highly anticipated season, we see Anthony Mackie (Avengers: Endgame) and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (Aquaman) coming face to face in the street.

Series creator Charlie Brooker did not share details other than stating, “It’s the Marvel-DC crossover no one saw coming.”

Back in Dec. Buzzfeed TV Editor Scott Bryan revealed in a tweet that Netflix had confirmed a season 5 for Black Mirror, slated to debut in 2019.

“Netflix has told me that the fifth season of Black Mirror is still to come in 2019. Bandersnatch was not the fifth season, but a standalone interactive film, in case you were wondering.”

While we still have no official premiere date, we’re on the edge of our seats waiting for that highly anticipated date.

Additionally, rumors claim that Miley Cyrus is set to make an appearance on the forthcoming season.

The singer joined Howard Stern for his Sirius XM show where she stated she was out of town filming in South Africa, confirming previous rumors she was in Cape Town on the show’s set.

“If you guess it, then I will shake my head ‘yes,’” she tells Stern. He then revealed to his listeners that she confirmed the news. However, Cyrus explained she hasn’t actually stated the series’ name as she hasn’t been given clearance to speak about her role.
