1. Watsky drops new song, “Mean Ass Drunk”

Watsky dropped his third single this year titled “Mean Ass Drunk.” The rapper previously released “Welcome To The Family” and “All Like Whatever.” In addition, Watsky just wrapped up his Welcome To The Family Tour earlier this month. His upcoming album, yet to be named, is expected in 2019. He recently announced he’ll be joining Atmosphere, De La Soul, and Living Legends at Red Rocks Amphitheater Feb. 1. Tickets are available now.

2. Coastal Club release music video for “Make It By”

Coastal Club released a new music video for “Make It By.” The video features the band with different colorful backgrounds and setups, and Claire Muenchen from Moonbeau lip-syncing to the song. “Make It By” is off Coastal Club’s self-titled debut album, which is out now.

3. Emarosa release new music video, announce album release date

Emarosa released a new video for “Givin’ Up,” the first single from their upcoming album Peach Club. They previously teased the album would be released in February, but they now revealed a date. Fans can purchase tickets for their run supporting Hands Like Houses now as well as preorder the new album Peach Club, out Feb. 8 via Hopeless Records.

4. The Jon Hill Project release new single and video

The Jon Hill Project released a new song titled “Would You Save Me Now” featuring Copeland’s Aaron Marsh. The track is from upcoming Rebirth, which centers around percussionist and songwriter Jon Hill’s battle with addiction as well as his recent divorce. Rebirth is out Jan. 11 and can be preordered now.

4. Dashboard Confessional drop new music video

Dashboard Confessional released a new music video for “Just What To Say” featuring Against The Current’s Chrissy Costanza. While Costanza doesn’t make an appearance in the video, her vocal feature is prominent throughout the video. “Just What To Say” is off Dashboard Confessional’s latest album, Crooked Shadows, out now via Fueled By Ramen.

5. Of Mice & Men appear in Ernie Ball: String Theory documentary episode

Of Mice & Men guitarists Phil Manansala and Alan Ashby appeared in Ernie Ball: String Theory. The 15-minute episode featured small performances and interviews with the musicians. They talked about what it was like picking up a guitar for the first time, with Ashby calling guitar playing “a therapy.”

6. Goalkeeper release new music video ahead of EP

Goalkeeper released a new video ahead of their EP Bad Times Don’t Last, out tomorrow. The music video is for “Sunshine,” which is the first track off the EP. The new EP was produced by Kevin Mahoney of Hit The Lights.
