Lorna Shore part ways with their vocalist "Effective immediately"
Deathcore act Lorna Shore have parted ways with their vocalist CJ McCreery effective immediately.
The band made a very brief post on their Facebook page making it clear the musician is no longer with them but are providing no reason beyond that at the moment.

“Effective immediately, CJ McCreery is no longer the vocalist of Lorna Shore.”
McCreery stepped into the band after former vocalist Tom Barber left in 2018 to join Chelsea Grin.
Although the band are not currently commenting further on the situation, several women have come forward with allegations of abuse from McCreery over the past while.
I wrote this in October.
“I’m not going to expose every detail and relive years of my own trauma and abuse to “prove it” to strangers or people who don’t deserve one more fiber of my energy. Take it or leave it. Here is MY warning. This is MY experience with Cj McCreery.” pic.twitter.com/gtE6yuC1tt

If I’m going to put it all out there, and not be vague. For 4 and half years, I’ve been on and off in a mentally/emotionally abusive relationship. It’s hard to break a cycle when someone is so deeply intertwined in your head, but I finally am making steps to do it and so can you. pic.twitter.com/KuT6RBlG51

And yet, ANOTHER victim with years of proof? (Who’s name won’t be disclosed yet) Still wanna get the cops involved. Still want to say we’re lying. Still want to say women coming out about their trauma is bullying and jealousy towards you? Get a reality check. pic.twitter.com/Y4Moeay1Jm

Lorna Shore also lost their guitarist Connor Deffley back in January this year as he felt the time had come for him to move on to other opportunities.
“As of today, I’m officially no longer a part of Lorna Shore,” Deffley says. “It hasn’t been an easy decision, but ultimately I feel that it’s time for me to pursue some other opportunities. The last five years have been an absolute blessing and I couldn’t be more proud of all we accomplished in that time. I want to say thanks to all of the fans and life long friends I have made during my time with LS, but most importantly I want to say thanks to my brothers in the band.”
We will be updating this story with any further developments as they come.
