Watch twenty one pilots play "Would You Rather" at Children's Hospital
twenty one pilots were asked all the tough questions during a recent visit at the Seacrest Studio in the Children’s Hospital Colorado.
In the new video, found by a Reddit user named AndSoAreYou, saw the duo as they sat at and answered a bunch of kid-asked questions, including a pretty difficult “Would You Rather” question.

During the video, the duo revealed that it took between “one to two” hours to learn their infamous handshake, who and what inspired Tyler Joseph to make his own music and if they’d rather have a kindergartner pierce their ears or brush their teeth with aluminium foil.
The two also played a game called “Backwards, Forwards,” and spoiler, they pretty much nailed saying their name backwards.
