YUNGBLUD broke his ankle at a show in Houston on Oct. 13 during his 21st Century Liability tour. He needed to sit down to keep playing after the accident in order not to end the show.

However, on the next day, the singer/songwriter was scheduled to play at Austin City Limits festival. The broken angle situation worried fans, who thought he would had to cancel the performance, as well as upcoming tour dates, to treat the injury.

He quickly dismissed the rumors, sharing a picture from the hospital.

“AUSTIN CITY LIMITS i’ll be on stage in 9 hours,” YUNGBLUD wrote. “Rock n roll baby.”

The musician not only went onstage, but did it in style. YUNGBLUD started the set from a wheelchair, and we dare say it was pretty epic.

Check out some photos and a video of his ACL set below:

Plus, for fans that were still worried about the continuation of the tour, he had one message to share:

He’s really not stopping—good for us.
