Probably one of the most recognizable things about Post Malone today is his massive number of face tattoos but Riff Raff is sharing a video from his Malone's beginnings where he has no face ink.

Riff Raff posted a clip from 2016 of the pair together today on his Instagram account and it's quite a stark difference from the Post Malone we know and love today.

While going through an old phone of his Riff Raff rediscovered a video of Post Malone from around 2016 while he's singing "Big Lie" off his record Stoney.

He's sporting bright and shiny gold chains and a gleaming grill on his teeth, but most notably is the lack of face tattoos.

It's quite the throwback given the image of Post Malone we know today.

He's tattooed a hammer, a bloody buzzsaw and a giant gauntlet with a flail on his face among others at this point.

In a recent interview, he broached the topic of his face tattoos with a bit of self-deprecating humor.

“It does maybe come from a place of insecurity, to where I don’t like how I look, so I’m going to put something cool on there so I can look at myself and say, ‘You look cool, kid,’ and have a modicum of self-confidence, when it comes to my appearance,” says Malone.

He also gave an in-depth telling of some of the meanings behind his face tattoos in a video segment with GQ

Now though, we're taking a look into the past with an inkless Post Malone.

You can see Riff Raff's video below where the pair are together.
