1. Pretty Vicious release brand-new music video

Pretty Vicious released a music video for “These Four Walls.” The track is taken off the band’s upcoming debut album which will be released later this year via Big Machine/John Varvatos Records. They have several shows scheduled this year, and you can buy tickets on their website. Check out the dates below.

2. Cage The Elephant release new single, announce new album

Cage The Elephant gave us a chilling new music video for “Ready To Let Go.” Accompanying the new single, the band have also announced their fifth studio album, Social Cues. The LP is available for preorder now. They will be headlining Shaky Knees Music Festival May 4. You can get tickets to the festival here.

3. Soccer Mommy releases new demo

Soccer Mommy dropped two new songs: “Blossom (Demo)” and “Be Seeing You.” Both tracks were recorded before the release of her debut album Clean but were never released worldwide. You can download and stream the new tracks here. She’s currently on a headline tour and will be out supporting Kacey Musgraves beginning in February. You can get tickets here.

4. Lucy Dacus announces new holiday-themed song series

Lucy Dacus announced a new series titled 2019. The first in the series is a cover of Edith Piaf’s “La Vie En Rose,” which is in honor of Valentine’s Day. Dacus will also be releasing tracks inspired by Mother’s Day (and Taurus season), Independence Day, Bruce Springsteen’s Birthday, Halloween, Christmas and New Year’s.. The collection of holiday-related covers will be sold as a physical EP later this year. Dacus will embark on her next tour this February, and you can get tickets on her website. 5. Shoffy releases stripped version of “Cool Again”

7. Judah & The Lion drop new music video

“Over My Head” features Judah & The Lion walking through the halls of a high school to end up playing an energetic concert for a group of band students and cheerleaders. The track is taken off their upcoming LP Pep Talks, which is due out this spring. In April, the band will be going on tour where they’ll be giving fans an exclusive listen to the album before its release. 8. Sum 41 set release date for Underclass Hero on vinyl

 

For the first time ever, Sum 41 are releasing Underclass Hero on vinyl. The album was the band’s fourth LP released in 2007. The record will be pressed in in black and pink haze and is available March 15. You can preorder it here.

9. While She Sleeps release new track “The Guilty Party”

“The Guilty Party” will be featured on While She Sleeps’ upcoming album SO WHAT? The album will be available March 1 via the band’s own Sleeps Brothers label via Spinefarm. They’ll be going on tour this spring supporting Architects, and tickets are available for purchase on their website.
