1. Smoke Signals drop new song

Smoke Signals released a brand-new single, “Seek The Light,” earlier today. The song was inspired by those who are rejected by society. This is their third single since 2016’s Anxiety. The band will be performing in Memphis, Tennessee, May 19 in support of Spite and Fallujah. Tickets can be found here.

2. Potty Mouth debut new single

In a video filled with dogs, cats, a pony and more, Potty Mouth dropped a new single “Starry Eyes” off their forthcoming LP. Following “22,” the new anti-love song is the second track to be released from the band’s second upcoming album SNAFU, due out March 1. The album is available for preorder now. 3. Escape The Fate release new music video

After teasing fans for the past week, Escape The Fate released a new music video for “Do You Love Me?” The track is featured on the band’s most recent LP, I Am Human, and you can buy the album here. 5. Lights appears on Felix Cartal’s new single

Lights and producer Felix Cartal teamed up to release a brand-new single “Love Me.”  The track is the first collaboration between the two artists. Before this, Cartal’s last release was single “Mood” taken off his most recent album Next Season. Lights will be performing at Slam Dunk Festival in the U.K. this May. Tickets can be bought here.

Little Rock, Arkansas’s metalcore band Smoke Signals released a special music video and single today with a mental health message. “Letting Go” explains that suicide is never the answer. The band hope to communicate to listeners that things will get better with time

8. Biffy Clyro recruit fans for movie project

Scottish rock band Biffy Clyro want your help for a new film project. The trio are seeking extras for a new movie Balance, Not Symmetry. The band wrote a new album specifically for the movie and want fans to shoot with them from Sept. 17 – Oct. 6 in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Ayr. 9. To Write Love On Her Arms increase fundraising goal for National Suicide Prevention week

Nonprofit organization To Write Love On Her Arms advocate for suicide prevention. This week is National Suicide Prevention week, and to support the effort, TWLOHA set a fundraising goal of $100,000 through their “Tomorrow Needs You” campaign. Actors Jared Padalecki (Supernatural) and Chris Sullivan (This Is Us), DJ Bassnectar and DJ/producer KYGO among others have aided the cause. With the overwhelming outpour of support, TWLOHA is now raising their fundraising goal to $150,000. You can donate here.
