‘Child’s Play’ remake launches creepy toy website
A new website for the upcoming Child's Play remake touts a farcical preorder for a "Buddi" doll that appears quite ominous. "He wants your for a best friend!" reads the spooky fake toy's faux-promotional text. Check it out here.

And while it'd be especially creepy were the item real (a disclaimer, of course, warns that the "Buddi doll not available for purchase"), we're still freaked by the apparent details of the toy as laid out by the newly launched movie website.
It was revealed back in July that a Child’s Play reboot was on the horizon, with It producers David Katzenberg and Seth Grahame-Smith producing the movie. Lars Klevberg directs the new film from a Tyler Burton Smith script.
