Her upcoming solo debut, Petals For Armor, is set to be released on May 8 via Atlantic Records, but she’s been dropping singles off of it steadily.

Williams shared the first track, “Simmer” off of upcoming record in January. The vocalist followed it up with “Leave It Alone” and “Cinnamon,” all of which continued to build upon a connected plot. The three tracks appeared on an EP, PETALS FOR ARMOR I, which is available here now.

Following that, she ended up dropping her highly-hyped boygenius collaboration “Roses/Lotus/Violet/Iris.”

Then, she shared a similar lyric video to today’s new track with “Over Yet.”

Now, she’s spent her day teasing the new song’s release.

In a series of tweets, Hayley Williams is hyping up the new track while staying in isolation.

The video features footage taken while she was preparing the recordings for the record.

We see clips of her hanging in the studio with her bandmates and collaborators from  Paramore Joey Howard and Taylor York (who co-wrote and produced the track). There’s also plenty of footage with her hair and makeup artist Brian J. O’Connor.

Hayley Williams also gave fans the heads up that she would likely be rescheduling her first-ever solo tour.

The update comes in response to numerous performers and festivals rescheduling or canceling their dates altogether in wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
