In August, Variety reported that two very familiar faces will be coming back for the new live-action remake of Kim Possible: Christy Carlson Romano and Patton Oswalt.
Romano, who you might know as the original voice of Kim Possible, has signed on to make a cameo appearance in the new film. As for Oswalt, who played Professor Dementor in the series, will be reprising the role of Professor Demento for the forthcoming Disney remake.
Now, we know that Nancy Cartwright will be reprising her role as the voice of Rufus, a role she held from 2002 to 2007 in the original Disney series. Cartwright is also known for voicing characters in My Little Pony, The Simpsons, Animaniacs, Rugrats and more.
Other cast members have already been revealed, including How I Met Your Mother‘s Alyson Hannigan, who will play brain surgeon Dr. Ann Possible (aka. Mom Possible), Connie Ray as Nana Possible, Todd Stashwick as Kim’s arch-nemesis, Dr. Drakken, and Taylor Ortega as Dr. Drakken’s sidekick, Shego.
Kim Possible airs Disney Channel and DisneyNOW Friday, Feb. 15 at 8 p.m. EST. Check out the trailer below.
