‘Holmes & Watson’ wins Worst Picture Award, more at Razzies

Holmes & Watson, the film that scored a zero percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes during its opening weekend, has just won the Razzie for Worst Picture of 2018.

However, that’s not the only title Holmes & Watson has walked away with. Out of the six Razzie awards it was nominated for, the film received all but two of them.

That said, the film took away the prize for Worst Remake, Rip-off or Sequel and Worst Supporting Actor for John C. Reilly’s portrayal of John H. Watson. Additionally, Etan Cohen won Worst Director.

While Holmes & Watson may not have won the categories for Worst Screen Combo or Worst Actor, the film had some pretty stiff competition. In fact, for Worst Actor, the film was beaten by the current president of the United States, Donald Trump, who played himself in Death of a Nation and Fahrenheit 11/9.
